What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, practice name, email address, phone number, your current and target All-on-X case volume, and anything you write in the message field. Our server also records the page you submitted from, the time of submission, your IP address and the country it resolves to, which we use to prevent spam and to understand which pages produce enquiries.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare for the strategy call you asked for. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other agencies, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Where it goes
Submissions are passed to our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, which stores them on our behalf. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are visited and which produce enquiries. We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors from this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so, except where we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
Patient information
This site is for dental professionals, not patients. Please do not send patient health information through the forms on this website. Where we handle patient data as part of a client engagement, that is governed by the separate agreement and business associate arrangements we put in place with your practice, not by this policy.
